Affordable Homes Unlock 111-Room Co-Living Play in Sydney’s South-West

Six affordable apartments would sit above 111 co-living rooms in a single six-storey project in south-west Sydney.

Designed by Texco for ZR Investments, the building would replace two Glenfield houses at 37-39 Trafalgar Street, about 500m walking distance from the Glenfield Station.

Co-living accommodation would occupy levels one to four, with each of the 111 rooms providing a private bathroom, kitchen and laundry.
